Behavioral consultants work with schools, healthcare facilities, businesses, and community organizations to assist individuals with behavioral issues stemming from a wide range of causes. These consultants observe the individuals in their homes, jobs, or school environments and then make and help implement a treatment plan that will address their issues.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: every child deserves to be understood, supported, and given the tools to succeed.
Our Founder and Lead Behavior Consultant brings a background that blends leadership, therapy, and education, with advanced training in Educational Leadership, Recreational Therapy, and Family, Marriage, and Child Therapy. This unique foundation allows us to look beyond behavior and focus on the whole child — understanding not just what a child does, but why they do it.
From classrooms in Georgia to international schools in Kuwait, including crisis support during the COVID-19 pandemic, our Founder has led behavior support initiatives, trained educators, and partnered with schools to create positive, effective learning environments.
Today, we partner with families, schools, and communities to build real-world behavior systems that create calmer homes, stronger classrooms, and brighter futures for children.

Crystal Lazenby’s work is rooted in one mission: helping families and communities thrive.
Her journey began in education, where she fell in love with project-based learning and saw how powerful it is when young people solve real problems and build real confidence. That passion still guides everything she creates.
As Education & Family Support Consultant + Operations Manager, Crystal leads both the vision and the systems behind the work — designing programs that serve families, schools, and communities while ensuring the organization grows with purpose and integrity.
She is especially committed to creating access and opportunity for young Black males and neurodivergent youth through equitable, community-centered programs.
For Crystal, this work isn’t just a job — it’s a calling.
